Cheek Fat Pad (Buccal Fat Pad) removal is the surgical removal of the fat pads in the cheek. It can reduce the chubby cheek look and give some contour to the face.

The fat is removed from incisions within the mouth and as such there are no visible scars, although there will be noticable swelling of the face for about a week.
